Nils Herrmann was an artistic director before becoming photographer.

This vision allows him to imagine and create the set ups for the objects he shoots.

Throughout the years he developed a Savoir Faire for shooting and retouching rare antique jewelry pieces.

He travels around the world to capture them. He is able to set up his studio in the most secret places in Japan, Qatar, Monaco or Switzerland

He shoots regularly for the Cartier Collection. Recently, he was appointed by Flammarion to work on the most prestigious private antique jewelry collection in the world, the collection of Kazumi Arikawa.

He also collaborates with Chaumet, Van cleef & Arpels and Vacheron Constantin.
